Activity cancellations - How It Works for Your Participants
Your participants can easily cancel a class by logging into their account via the app or the web. If they purchased the class online, an account has already been created for them, even if it may be inactive. To activate their account, the participant needs to select “Log In” and then “Forgot Password,” using the same email address they used at the time of purchase.
It’s important that participants logging in with Apple ID do not select the “Hide My Email” option, as this creates a new account with a hidden email address, preventing them from accessing their actual account and booking.
Once logged in, the participant can navigate to “My Bookings” and cancel by clicking the menu button next to the booking. If the cancellation is made within the rules set out in your cancellation policy, an automatic refund will be issued (or credits will be restored if the purchase was made with a credit pass). If the cancellation does not comply with your policy, no refund will be given.
