Receipts and Peach

Whenever a customer makes a purchase through Peach, a receipt is automatically sent. To complete a purchase, the customer must either be logged into their account or provide their email address during the purchase. If these details are missing, the purchase button will not be activated.

Important Information for Creators

The title of your event is displayed on the receipt. If the activity is wellness-related (e.g., yoga, fitness, or massage), it’s a good idea to include this in the title to help customers use the receipt for wellness benefits.

The receipt contains all necessary details, such as Peach’s organization number, address, VAT information, customer details, and the title of the event or service.

If the customer needs to update their details

If the customer needs to add extra information, such as their personal or service number, they can easily do this in the Peach app. The information will automatically be included on future receipts.

If the customer forgot to provide necessary information at the time of purchase, this can be fixed afterward. Ask them to download the Peach app, log in with the same email address used for the purchase, and add the missing details. Once updated, they can download a corrected receipt.

If the customer can’t find their receipt

If your customer is unable to find their receipt, you can easily assist them. Go to the “My Customers” section in your Peach account, locate the customer, and click on their transaction. This will bring up their receipt, which you can then forward to them effortlessly.
