Bookings ​

Q: How do customers cancel? A: Via the cancellation link in the confirmation email or by logging into the app. Read about cancellation policy

Q: What happens if I cancel an activity? A: All bookings are automatically refunded. Read more about bookings

Q: Can I control how far in advance customers can book? A: Yes, you set the booking window for each activity. Read about booking windows

Q: What happens when an activity is fully booked? A: Customers can join the waitlist. Everyone is notified if a spot opens up. Read about the waitlist

Q: Can I sell an entire course as a package? A: Yes! Choose "All times at once" when creating the activity. The customer pays once and is booked into all sessions. Read about series and courses

Q: How do I cancel an activity or change the schedule? A: You can edit, cancel individual sessions, or pause the entire schedule directly in the app. Read about managing activities


Tax and Salary ​

Q: How does Peach Salary work? A: Peach employs you through self-employment, deducts tax and employer contributions, and pays out your salary. Complete guide to Peach Salary

Q: I have my own company — what do I do? A: You enter your organization number (limited company) or personal ID number (sole proprietorship) and handle tax and accounting yourself. Guide for business owners
