Check-in and attendance ​
With the check-in feature in Peach, you can easily check off participants who show up to your activity. You get a clear overview of who is present.
How it works ​
- Open the activity in the app
- Go to the current session
- You see a list of all booked participants
- Check off each participant who shows up
It's that simple. You have full visibility into who is there and who didn't show up.
Frequently asked questions ​
Q: Where do I find the participant list? A: Open the activity in the app and select the current session. There you will see all booked participants with the option to check them off.
Q: What happens if a customer doesn't show up (no-show)? A: The customer has still paid for their booking. How you handle no-shows is up to you — you can choose to contact the customer or leave it. Payment is not automatically refunded for a no-show.
Q: Do I have to use the check-in feature? A: No, it is entirely optional. But it is a convenient way to keep track of attendance, especially if you have many participants.
