Booking window — how far ahead your customers can book
The booking window controls how far into the future your customers can see and book your activities. Here we explain how it works and how to change it.
How it works
By default, the booking window is set to 28 days ahead. This means your customers can only see and book activities that take place within the next four weeks.
If you have recurring activities, the system automatically generates new dates within the booking window. So if you have yoga every Tuesday, for example, the next Tuesday appears as soon as it falls within the window.
The booking window is a setting that applies per creator — not per activity. All your activities share the same window.
Step by step
Change your booking window
You cannot change the booking window yourself in the app — but it's easy to get it adjusted:
- Send an email to team@peach.nu or contact us via Contact Peach in the app
- Let us know how many days ahead you want the window to be (e.g., 60, 90, or 100+ days)
- We'll change it for you — usually the same day
Common choices are 60, 90, or 120 days — popular among creators who offer courses or trainings that fill up early.

Q: My customers can't book further ahead — why? A: Most likely your booking window is set to the default (28 days). Contact us and we'll extend it for you.
Q: Can I change the booking window myself? A: Not right now — it's a setting that we adjust for you. Reach out to team@peach.nu or via Contact Peach in the app.
Q: Why do only times 4 weeks ahead show up? A: The default setting is 28 days. If you want your customers to be able to book further ahead, contact us and we'll change it.
Good to know
- The booking window only affects how far ahead customers can see and book — it does not remove existing bookings
- If you sell courses or workshops that start far in the future, consider extending your window to 90+ days
- Recurring activities are generated on a rolling basis — you don't need to create each session manually
- The window applies to all your activities — you cannot have different windows for different activities
