Payment links
A payment link in Peach works like a modern invoice. You create it directly in the app, enter the amount and a short description, and send the link to your customer. The customer clicks the link and pays — done.
How it works
- You create a payment link in the app with a price and title/description
- You get a link that you can send to the customer via SMS, email, chat, or anywhere else
- The customer opens the link and pays with any payment method (Swish, card, Klarna, etc.)
- The payment goes into your Peach account and is paid out according to the standard payout schedule
Step by step
- Open the app
- Go to the function for creating a payment link
- Enter a title (e.g., "Private yoga session 12/4")
- Enter the amount
- Create the link
- Share the link with your customer — via SMS, email, DM, or whatever works
When are payment links useful?
- Private lessons — you set the price and send a link afterward
- Special pricing — give a customer a custom price without changing your activity
- Services outside your schedule — workshops, consultations, or other things that aren't listed as a bookable activity
- On-site payment — send a link instead of handling cash
Frequently asked questions
Q: Which payment methods can the customer use? A: All methods that Peach supports — Swish, card, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Q: How does a payment link differ from a regular booking? A: A regular booking is tied to a specific activity with a date and time. A payment link is standalone — you create it to collect payment for anything, without needing an activity attached.
Q: Are the same fees charged as usual? A: Yes, the same fees apply to payment links as to regular bookings.
Good to know
- Payment links are a quick way to collect payment without creating an activity
