Here we walk you through how to manage your profile, change your URL, update your details, and what to do if you want to take a break.

How it works

Your Peach profile is the first thing your customers see. It includes your name, profile picture, bio, social links, and a unique URL (peach.nu/yourname). Everything can be changed at any time.

Step by step

Changing your Peach name and URL

1. Go to Edit profile
2. Change your username
3. Save

Your URL automatically updates to peach.nu/yournewname. Keep in mind that old links will stop working if you change your name.

Updating your profile picture, bio, and social links

1. Go to Edit profile
2. Click on your profile picture to upload a new one
3. Fill in or update your bio and social links
4. Save

Resetting your password

1. Go to the login page
2. Click Reset password
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your inbox (and spam folder!) for a reset link
5. Click the link and choose a new password

Changing your email address

1. Go to Account settings
2. Change to your new email address
3. Save
4. Verify the new address via the email you receive

If the verification email doesn't show up — check your spam folder. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I change my Peach name/URL? A: Yes! Go to Edit profile and change your username. Your URL updates immediately to peach.nu/yournewname. Remember that old links will stop working.

Q: I want to take a break — does it cost anything? A: No, not a penny. Peach has no fixed fees or monthly charges. Just stop creating activities and nothing happens. You don't need to "close" or "pause" your account — it costs nothing to keep it.

Q: I can't log in A: Try resetting your password via Reset password on the login page. Double-check that you're using the right email address. If you can't find the reset email, check your spam folder. If it still doesn't work, contact support.

Q: How do I change my email address? A: Go to Account settings and enter your new email address. You'll need to verify the new address via an email. If the verification email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact support.

• Your Peach URL is unique. No one else can have the same username as you.
• It costs nothing to have a Peach account, even if you don't use it for a while.
