Customer management — manage your customers in Peach

All customers who have booked with you are gathered in one place in the app. Here we walk you through how to find customers, export lists, and handle special cases.

How it works

Under Customers in the app, you will find everyone who has booked an activity with you. There you can see:

  • The customer's name and email address
  • Booking history — which activities the customer has participated in
  • The option to send messages directly to booked customers

This is your customer list — and it grows automatically every time someone new books with you.

Step by step

Find a customer

  1. Go to Customers in the app
  2. Use the search function to find the right person

Export your customer list

  1. Go to Customers in the app
  2. Select Export
  3. You will receive a file with all your customers' names and email addresses

Perfect if you want to use the list in an email service like Mailchimp or similar.

Contact customers who booked a specific activity

  1. Go to your activity in the app
  2. Open the booking list for the relevant session
  3. From here you can send messages to all booked participants

Perfect for sending reminders, updates, or practical info before a session.

Contact all or specific customers from the customer list

You can also contact customers directly from your customer list — not just via a specific activity:

  1. Go to Customers in the app
  2. Select the customers you want to contact, or send to all
  3. Write your message and send

This is useful for:

  • Newsletters — share news about new activities, schedule changes, or offers
  • Reminders — remind about upcoming sessions or campaigns
  • General communication — stay in touch with your customers directly via Peach

Block a customer

If you need to block a customer so they cannot book with you, contact us via team@peach.nu or Contact Peach in the app. We can block a specific email address for you.

Correct customer details

Need to fix a customer's name (typo) or merge duplicates? Contact us at team@peach.nu and we will sort it out.

Q: How do I find a specific customer? A: Go to Customers in the app and use the search function to find the right person.

Q: Can I export my customer list? A: Yes! Under Customers in the app you can export a list with names and email addresses. Handy if you want to use it in an email service.

Q: Can I block a customer? A: Yes, but it is done by us. Contact team@peach.nu with the customer's email address and we will block them for you.

Q: How do I send messages to my customers? A: There are two ways: (1) Via a specific activity's booking list — then you reach everyone who booked that session. (2) Via your customer list — then you can reach all your customers or select specific ones. Perfect for newsletters and general updates.

Q: Can I send newsletters via Peach? A: Yes! You can contact all your customers directly via the customer list in the app. Great for sharing news about new activities, schedule changes, or offers.

Good to know

  • Your customer list updates automatically — each new booking adds the customer if they are not already there
  • The export function is good to use regularly if you want a backup of your customer data
  • Customers who book via the web without creating an account still appear in your list with their email address
  • If you suspect a customer has duplicate accounts (e.g. with different emails), contact us and we can merge them
