Appointments

With appointments in Peach, your customers can choose an available time that works for them. Perfect if you offer personal sessions — massage, coaching, consultations, or other 1-on-1 meetings.

Instead of creating an activity with fixed dates, you set up time windows when you're available. The customer sees your available times and books the one that suits them best.

How it works

  • You create an activity and enable appointments
  • You set how long each session is (e.g. 60 minutes)
  • You configure which days and times you're available
  • Customers only see available times and choose one
  • You can add buffer time between bookings so you have time to prepare

Step by step

  1. Go to Offerings and tap +
  2. Create a new activity and fill in the name, description, and price
  3. Enable Appointments
  4. Set the session length (e.g. 60 min)
  5. Configure available days and times — for example Monday through Friday 09:00-17:00
  6. Want a break between bookings? Set a buffer time (e.g. 30 min after each session)
  7. Publish — now customers can start booking!

Managing your availability

You can adjust your schedule at any time:

  • Block specific dates — if you're off for a day, turn it off
  • Change times — adjust your time windows as needed
  • Pause bookings — temporarily unpublish the activity if you need a break

Changes only affect future bookings. Already booked times remain as they are.

Frequently asked questions

Q: How do I change my availability? A: Go to the activity under Offerings, tap on it, and edit your available days and times. You can also block individual dates.

Q: Can customers book multiple time slots? A: Yes, a customer can book multiple different times with you. Each booking is handled as a separate transaction.

Q: How do I add a break between bookings? A: When you set up appointments, there's a field for buffer time. Enter, for example, 30 minutes and it will automatically be added after each session. During that time, no one else can book.

Q: What happens if a customer cancels? A: Cancelled times automatically become available again for other customers to book. Your cancellation policies apply as usual.

Q: Can I offer different session lengths? A: Currently, each activity has a fixed session length. If you want to offer both 60 and 90 minutes, you create two separate activities.

Good to know

  • Buffer time is invaluable if you need time to clean up, prepare, or simply breathe between sessions
  • Customers receive a confirmation immediately when they book — just like for regular activities
  • Keep in mind not to set your time windows too narrow — it reduces the chance of customers finding a time that works
  • You can combine appointments with regular scheduled activities in the same offerings
