Series and courses ​

Want to sell a cohesive course — for example, "Yoga for beginners, 6 weeks" — as a package? In Peach, you do this by creating an activity with the payment type "All sessions at once". The customer pays once and is booked into all sessions.

How it works ​

  • You create an activity with multiple dates
  • Under payment settings, you select "All sessions at once"
  • The customer buys the entire course as a package — one payment for all sessions
  • The customer is automatically booked into all dates you've added to the course

This differs from a regular recurring activity (drop-in), where the customer books and pays per session.

Step by step ​

  1. Open the app and go to Offerings
  2. Create a new activity
  3. Add all dates included in the course
  4. Under "How do you want customers to pay?", select "All sessions at once"
  5. Set the price for the entire course
  6. Fill in the name, description, and other details
  7. Publish

Customers who book will see all dates and pay the total price upfront. They are booked into all sessions.

Frequently asked questions ​

Q: What is the difference between a course and a regular recurring activity? A: A regular recurring activity (drop-in) lets the customer book and pay per session. A course with "All sessions at once" sells the entire series as a package — one payment, all sessions included.

Q: Can a customer join in the middle of a course? A: It depends on how you set it up. If you want to allow it, you can keep the course open for booking even after the first session. The price remains the same regardless.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel a session in the middle of the course? A: You can cancel individual sessions. How refunds are handled depends on your cancellation policy. Contact participants as early as possible.

Q: Can I set a maximum number of participants for a course? A: Yes, just like regular activities, you can set a max capacity. When the course is full, customers can join the waitlist.
