Loyalty Card – for creators ​
Follow these steps to create and offer digital punch cards to your participants.
How to create a Loyalty Card ​
- Go to your Dashboard in the app.
- Tap the "+" icon under your offerings.
- Select "Loyalty Card" from the menu.
- Enter the name, price, number of clips, and validity period.
- Choose which activities the card applies to.
- Tap "Save".
Your Loyalty Card is now live and will appear on your profile and activity pages immediately.
How customers use their Loyalty Card ​
- After purchase: The card is stored under "My Memberships and Loyalty Cards" in the customer's app and in the database.
- At checkout (app):Â When booking an activity, the customer simply selects their Loyalty Card as the payment method.
- At checkout (web):Â The customer enters their email address, and if an active Loyalty Card is linked to their account, it will automatically appear as a payment option.
- Automatic tracking:Â One clip is automatically deducted per booking.
Pro Tip: Sell hidden Loyalty Cards ​
If you don't want the card to be publicly visible on your profile, you can mark it as "unlisted".
- The card will not be shown to all profile visitors.
- You can still share the card directly with specific customers via a link.
