Discount codes

Discount codes are a powerful tool for attracting new participants, rewarding loyal customers, or running campaigns. You create them directly in the app and set the terms yourself.

How it works

  • You create a discount code with a custom code name (e.g. "SUMMER20").
  • The code gives either a percentage discount or a fixed amount off.
  • You can set an expiration date and limit the number of uses.
  • The code can apply to specific activities or to everything you offer.
  • The customer enters the code at checkout when booking, and the discount is applied automatically.

Step by step: Create a discount code

  1. Open the app and go to Offerings.
  2. Tap "+" and select "Discount code".
  3. Enter a code name — something short and easy to remember.
  4. Choose the discount type:
    • Percentage — e.g. 20% off.
    • Fixed amount — e.g. 50 kr off.
  5. Set an expiration date if you want the code to be time-limited.
  6. Enter the maximum number of uses if you want to limit how many times the code can be used.
  7. Choose which activities the code should apply to — or let it apply to everything.
  8. Tap "Save" — the code is ready to share!

Tip: "2 for 1" offer

Peach doesn't have a built-in "buy 2 pay for 1" feature, but there's a simple workaround:

  • Create a discount code with 50% off.
  • Share the code with customers who book in pairs.
  • Both enter the code when booking and each pay half the price.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I create a promotional offer? A: Absolutely! Create a discount code with an expiration date and share it via social media, email, or directly in the app. Perfect for seasonal discounts, launches, or collaborations.

Q: How do I share the code with customers? A: You can share the code however you like — in an Instagram post, via email, in a story, or as a direct message. The customer enters the code manually at checkout when booking.

Q: Can I limit how many times the code is used? A: Yes! When you create the code, you can set a maximum number of uses. Once the limit is reached, the code stops working automatically.

Good to know

  • Give your codes clear names that reflect the campaign — e.g. "WINTER25" or "NEWSTART".
  • Combine discount codes with social media campaigns for the best results.
  • You can create multiple codes with different terms at the same time — e.g. one for new customers and one for returning customers.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with punch cards or memberships when booking.
